As determined by Boating Industry magazine, the Top 100 is an annual list of dealerships that are unsurpassed in overall business operations, customer service, professionalism, and all the characteristics that go along with them. The Top 100 recognized the creme de la creme of marine dealers. It is one of the most coveted awards in the marine industry. The application asked both quantitative and qualitative questions regarding all aspects of marine dealer operations. Dealers were rated not only on performance but also quality initiatives such as continuous process improvements, marine industry and personal certifications, on-off water training for customers, customer service initiatives, and dealer dress code.

Sea Ray earned five 2015 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), bringing the company's total to an unprecendented 68 CSI Awards.

Volvo Penta Earns 12th Consecutive NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index Award

This week the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) presented the 12th consecutive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award to Volvo Penta, recognizing excellence in customer satisfaction in marine sterndrive engines. The CSI award is based on an independent survey of over 50,000 consumers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period from April 2014 through March 2015. The CSI award signifies that Volvo Penta achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher.
